The origin of this red is Ribera del Duero. We are in one of the most fascinating corners of the new oenological Spain. The vineyards, often quite steep, overlook the course of the river that crosses Spain and Portugal and flows directly into the Atlantic Ocean. Here Tempranillo is the absolute protagonist. If, in the glass, it is a beautiful, lively and deep ruby red colour, the nose is striking for the breadth of its scents ranging from berries, black fruit, up to the sweetest and persuasive vanilla. In the mouth the berries still dominate. Overall, this is a fresh wine with soft, balanced tannins and a long, lingering aftertaste.
