This wine represents one of the most interesting expressions of the Nebbiolo grape variety, according to San Silvestro. Barbaresco DOCG, Gaia Principe enjoys great elegance. The 'Gaia Principe' sub-zone, in the municipality of Neive, is in fact a particularly vocated area for the production of Nebbiolo. Historically known for the high quality of its grapes, capable of producing important wines that are deeply linked to their terroir of origin. 100% Nebbiolo, this fine red matures first in large Slavonian oak barrels and is then refined in the bottle. Ruby red with evident garnet hues, this Barbaresco stands out for its elegance, thanks to its spicy hints of cinnamon and pepper. In the mouth, the tannin is particularly soft and silky. The finish is long, prolonging the pleasure of each sip for several minutes.
