In the collective imagination the island of Ischia is only a beautiful destination for summer holidays. A strip of land, kissed by the sun, with a warm and temperate climate. Among the typical vines of this little corner of Paradise on earth there is the Biancolella that Feudi di San Gregorio enhances with this Ischia DOP. A perfect wine to accompany tasty fried fish or a fish cooked in salt, in the glass it is a beautiful bright straw yellow colour. On the nose the main scents are those of white fruit and fennel. Then lemon blossoms and evident citrus recalls. Expressive and territorial, in the mouth it proves to be a smooth wine, with a nice flavour and mineral flavours. This is how the "Tenute Capaldo" project was born, which includes a complex of wineries ranging from DUBL, also from Campania, to Campo alle Comete in Tuscany, passing through Basilisco, an organic winery in Vulture, Ognissole, a biodynamic winery in Puglia, Sirch, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, and finally FedeGraziani, a small jewel on the slopes of Etna. They all share the same values: to produce wines of excellent quality while respecting their territory.
