Derbusco Cives wines undergo extremely long ageing on the lees, well beyond the minimum requirements set by regulations. This patient wait allows the bubbles to integrate perfectly, delivering a silky texture and evolved aromas ranging from bread crust to dried fruit, while maintaining vibrant freshness. Moreover, Derbusco Cives cultivates its vineyards according to sustainable principles, with the aim of passing on a land that remains alive and generous to future generations.
