  • A Cuvée Spéciale. A Champagne from Maison Cheurlin Dangin, a blend in equal proportions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes, in this case, come from a vineyard located in the Aube, in the southern part of AOC Champagne. These plots extend into the Ource, Arce and Seine valleys. Here the soils are varied and the grapes ripen, acquiring very specific characters. Produced according to the traditional champenoise method, the maturation phase in the bottle lasts for no less than four years. What is obtained is a wine characterised by a beautiful intense straw yellow colour, with subtle golden hints and a fine, persistent perlage. The bouquet opens on notes of ripe yellow fruit and hints of dried flowers, followed by citrus nuances and tones of pastry, bread crust and yeast. In the mouth, the correspondence with what was previously perceived is almost perfect. A harmonious and long Champagne.
