Cabernet Trevenezie IGP Bio "Franguèl" 2020

For its Bio line, Tinazzi has chosen bird names in Venetian dialect and colourful labels that evoke nature and biodiversity. In this case, for example, the "Franguèl", or chaffinch, is the name chosen for the Cabernet Tre Venezie IGP. An organic wine, of course, which is the result of careful processing of grapes that have reached a perfect degree of ripeness. Vinification is in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with subsequent ageing in stainless steel tanks in order to best enhance the initial fruit. The result is a beautiful wine, characterised by a particularly luminous red colour, with aromas ranging from dark fruit, such as plums and blackcurrants, and the herbaceous notes typical of the vine, with a pleasantly balsamic finish. In the mouth, then, it proves to be a pleasantly fresh and harmonious wine. Simple but elegant, suitable to accompany light lunches and dinners throughout the meal. Excellent, for example, with white meat dishes such as a simple roast turkey with potatoes.
