Rosè Aglianico Paestum IGT 2021

This wine is tangible proof, should there be any need, of how a great local grape variety, such as Aglianico, can produce wines of great value, both in the classic red version and, as in this case, excellent rosés with great personality. Paestum IGT, this rosé is the son of Cilento, a territory with a very high wine vocation. Matured in stainless steel vats and refined in the bottle for about 2 months, it is a wine overflowing with fragrances and very pleasant to taste. Not excessively intense pink, it surprises on the nose with its freshness and subtle pleasantness. It is easy to recognise the classic scents of citrus fruits, raspberry and cherry. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly savoury, with a perfect correspondence to what has been perceived previously. Excellent with fish hors d'oeuvres, it goes well with crudités and shellfish.
