Produced in limited quantities after a careful selection of Gewürztraminer grapes picked in late harvest from vineyards in the Valle dei Laghi. The grapes are harvested in November, after they have reached the right level of over-ripeness. The pressing is soft followed by a careful phase of fermentation at a controlled temperature. It then matures in steel and stays in the bottle for a few months, at least until November of the following year. The result is a pleasantly aromatic wine that is a beautiful golden yellow colour in the glass, with bright reflections. Pleasantly sweet, never cloying, it has a fresh and persistent finish.
