Especially if your name is Massimo Gianolli and you are one of Italy's most eclectic and unstoppable entrepreneurs. Massimo, with a solid family background in the world of credit, is the creator of a small boutique winery in the heart of Valpolicella. Vineyards, winery and Ca' del Moro "Wine Retreat" are located on the Erbin hill in Valpantena. Here the climate is milder and wines of great value are born. And to think that it all began with a small production in 2005, selecting grapes for "his" first Amarone. Today, the estate covers about 45 hectares, where the vines are interspersed with lush cherry orchards. Today, Collina dei Ciliegi is present with its wines in Italy and in various foreign markets, in particular in China, where it now boasts well-established relationships, but also in the USA, Canada, the UK, Germany and the Scandinavian countries.
