Domaine Louis Fleurot

Domaine Louis Fleurot is located in the famous town of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The original part of the winery dates back to 1810, when the grandmother of the current owner and winemaker, Denis Bazart, received the house as part of her inheritance. At the beginning of its history, however, the main activity of the winery was not the production of wine but of wine barrels. It was only with the passing of the years that successive generations specialised in viticulture, giving priority to wine production and making the barrel business secondary. Today the winery has 16 hectares of vineyards, from Nuits-Saint-Georges to Vosne-Romanée.
