The history of the Su'entu winery tells of a return to the land and to the ancient peasant origins. In fact, at the beginning of the 1950s, the Pilloni family already owned land and dedicated themselves to agriculture. Then, after a gradual detachment from farming to dedicate themselves to trade, the strong call of the land brought the new generations back to the vineyard. In particular, it was Salvatore who founded the new winery. The calcareous clay soil of the Marmilla region, on which the vines stand, took about a decade to bear fruit of excellent quality. This is due to a mild climate and the characteristic wind that caresses the rows every day. It is no coincidence that Su'entu means "the wind". Today the winery is run by Valeria, Roberta and Nicola Pilloni, assisted by a young team of winemakers and cellarers who have been trained under the expert guidance of an agronomist and an oenologist. Thanks to the love and professionalism of everyone, today Su'entu exports its wines all over the world.
