A beautiful soft pink colour draws your attention to the glass and invites you to get to know it better. And so it is that pleasant scents of freshly mellowed grapes, black cherry, cherry, with some floral hints of violet and rose enter the scene. On the palate it is soft, fresh and delicate: a rosé that conveys all the conviviality and warmth of Apulia, while maintaining a freshness that makes you appreciate it especially for an impromptu aperitif, when there are no pretensions, but the wine goes beyond all expectations.
Bradesco is a new, young and dynamic company. He selects with care and attention the best grapes in the area, only those that have reached perfect ripeness, because wine must first and foremost be a pleasure. Apulia is his source of inspiration, as well as the land from which the fruits that give life to his labels are born. Simple but well-made wines, to bring to the table as often as you like.
