Aaldering Vineyards

Aaldering Vineyards & Wines, founded in 2004 by Dutch couple Marianne and Fons Aaldering, is located in Stellenbosch, a wine-growing area of excellence in the Western Cape. This is a very special terroir and it is no coincidence that this region is known for the quality of its wines, especially those made from Pinotage and Shiraz, but also Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aaldering Vineyards & Wines works its grapes with great care and passion, thanks also to the active collaboration of a reliable team. In the vineyard, the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture are followed, with a preference for organic products and as little use of chemicals as possible. After all, this is where nature reveals itself in all its magnificence.
