Cantina La Staffa is an artisan and organic winery located in the Castelli di Jesi hills in Staffolo (Marche), the historic heart of Verdicchio. Founded in the early 2000s and passionately run by young winemaker Riccardo Baldi, it covers around 12 hectares of vineyards, predominantly Verdicchio, alongside small percentages of Trebbiano and Montepulciano. The production philosophy is clear and consistent: organic farming, minimal intervention in the winery and deep respect for the territory, with spontaneous fermentation and ageing in cement or steel to preserve purity and identity. A winery that combines local tradition, artisanal control of every stage and a contemporary vision in the production of iconic white wines.
