Domaine Pillot-Henry, a little gem in the hills of Burgundy, is an interesting family business. Far from speculative logic, Thomas has chosen to keep the prices of his wines affordable, so that the pleasure of a good wine is within everyone's reach. Most of Domaine Pillot-Henry's vineyards are located in the commune of Ladoix, a little-known corner of Burgundy. But the company also has vineyards in the Hautes Côtes, a plateau region with a special microclimate that gives the wines a unique freshness and minerality, as well as in Nuits-Saint-Georges and Pommard.
