Domaine De La Tour

Domaine de la Tour boasts ancient origins and today represents an interesting reality on the panorama of the prestigious Chablis appellation. Founded back in 1820 with an initial nucleus of only half a hectare of vines in Chitry, over time it slowly grew with the progressive acquisition of neighbouring territories. The real leap forward, however, came after 1960, with the decision to expand its presence within the Chablis appellation territory by planting new vineyards. Today Domaine de la Tour covers a total of 15 hectares, with vineyards in the appellations Chablis Premier Cru, Chablis, Petit Chablis, Bourgogne Chitry Blanc and Bourgogne Aligoté. Since 2003, the vines have been managed using low-impact techniques.
