A beautiful combination of tradition and innovation, where technology and oenological knowledge allow the aromas to be enhanced before the original grape variety. A wine that is defined as 'young and fresh', to be tasted without hesitation. Cannonau di Sardegna DOC Rosato, Nudo is the result of careful processing. The whole grapes are pressed immediately after the harvest and vinified in white. After soft pressing, the must rests at a low temperature for a few days in stainless steel tanks before fermentation begins. Pale pink in colour, this Sardinian rosé has intense aromas, characterised by notes of exotic fruit, pink grapefruit and pineapple. Slightly citrusy, it is also possible to distinguish hints of small red fruits typical for the variety. In the mouth, it is pleasantly dry, with a fresh, savoury imprint. Well balanced, moderately warm and persistent, Nudo is perfect as an aperitif. Extremely versatile, it goes well with an entire meal, from starters to main courses, fish or meat. It is also excellent with fresh soft cheeses.
